The Monthly Membership discount plan is for clients who train consistently each week. A standing appointment is preferred but not required.
- Sessions are scheduled a week to two in advance.
- Monthly/Weekly session memberships are given a 3-month window for make-ups (vacations and holidays).
- If a client is unable to train weekly flexible package options are available.
- On average weekly sessions are 4 per month. During Months where 5 sessions fall into one month, for example, Mondays 10:00 am (i.e., October 2,9,16,23 & 30), billing will be 5 sessions for that month. A ticket will be emailed each month for payment. Payments are due before or no later than the first scheduled session for the month.
- All sessions require a 12 -24 hour cancellation notice to avoid being charged for the session.
- All Memberships continue month-to-month with the option to cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice. Monthly Members may cancel their membership with 30 30-day written (via email) notice and the payment of one final month’s dues. All Cancelation Notices must be emailed to: Kristingfitness@gmail.com.
